ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Steven Kanniard and his assistant Brendan Quinn for over a year. During that time we received excellent advice on how to ready our house for sale. We followed that advice and had offeres on our house within three weeks of going to market. Of the three offers received, the top two were within $250 of each other. The final sale went very smoothly. I also have to mention the stunning drone video he produced of our home. We stayed with Steven to find a new home. His knowledge of construction proved very valuable to us as we evaluated quite a few houses. Ultimately, we decided on new construction which delayed us for several months as the house was being built. Steven, and Brendan were always there to help us work with the developer, and his real estate rep. There were many details involved! The process had a few bumps along the way, but Steve helped us through them, and we now have a wonderful new house.If you have the chance to work with Steve, consider yourself very fortunate. He will take excellent care of you, and your purchase and/or sale. This is one hard working man who really cares about his clients!

ZillowVERIFIED I LOVE my new house even more now almost a year after buying it. Steve Kanniard was my agent when I purchased my home in August, 2016. I have three things to say about Steve.1. Steve got a handle very quickly on what I wanted and more importantly what I needed. I consider myself self-aware, but he got it before I did. This is one bullet point but a really important one. He showed me houses I requested to see that he knew wont work for me. And he told me why it wouldnt work before we viewed them in person. And he was always right. I am not a first-time home buyer aEUR" this is my third house. Steve is good. LISTEN to him. Talk to him. 2. Steve knows how to get a closing done. Steve ended up doing much of the work that the sellers agent should have done. I had a closing date in the middle of July and did not close until the end of August. The only reason the close happened was because Steve took control and got things done that the sellers agent should have taken care of. 3. Steves administrative assistant Kris is amazing. That is really important. When I was talking to her it was like an extension of Steve. As I said, closing on the house was super difficult due to the sellers personal situation and the lack of effort from the sellers agent. Steve and Kris made it happen before school started for my kids. I am very thankful for that!If you are thinking of Buying or Selling I highly recommend you hire Steve Kanniard!

Steve could have easily let us buy a couple of homes we saw before we found the one we purchased but he really cares about you, the buyer, and will not let you purchase something that is not right for you.Steve understood the importance of getting us our first house and followed up on ALL angles possible to ensure that we would be able to attain our new home.
