Check. Locking in any paperwork and making it easy for me? Done. The thing that Steve does best in my opinion is price. Buyer or seller, doesnt matter, Steve has years of real estate, construction, and plumbing experience and he will get you to the right price or find a new listing with you, no pressure ever. Also dont forget to ask Steve about his referrals. I have literally saved thousands on everything from home/auto bundles to renovation costs from Steves excellent referrals- it says a lot about an agent when they surround themselves with quality.I should also mention that Steve helped with the sale of my girlfriends parents house and they are very happy as well. We are an aggressive buying environment and you cant afford to leave money on the table. Do yourself a favor and choose Steve. Best decision Ive made buying a home :)

Which is so important these days when it seems as though others want the house you want, its not only a first come first serve but your having to try and out bid the others when you dont know what that bid is! Steve always responded no matter what time of day or night! When I wanted to see a house-well you get the point. I know it sounds like I had a lot of money to buy a big-expensive home-nope-I got a great deal on the smallest house in the world but its what I wanted and without Steve and his team, I probably would not have gotten it! ZillowVERIFIED I met Steve because he was the ONLY R.E. person to contact me, by phone, within a couple of hours, when I started to look for a new house in Vista, Ca.. He seemed very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions very honestly then and throughout the entire home buying process. I am moving from out of state and Steve blocked out hours of his time for me when I told him each time I was coming to town. Chauffeured me around to any house I wanted to look at! He was also very helpful in seeking out homes for me and emailing me the site to look at. The buying process for my new home was rather difficult. It was a 1031 exchange purchase, with my selling a house in L.A. County,. He contacted the R.E. agent I had up in L.A. and the two of them worked together. Because of problems with my buyers and their agent, it got particularly difficult at times. But Steve's knowledge and professionalism shown through during the whole process! When to be the good cop and when to be the bad cop! LOL!!! Once all the problems had been solved, the 1031 transaction sent as smooth as silk......within a few hours, BOOM! my L.A. house was recorded and BOOM! My new home in Vista was funded and recorded! It seemed like a miracle! But Steve knew exactly what to do and when to do it to get 'er done!I would HIGHLY recommend Steve to anyone searching for an honest, competent R.E. agent. I don't know how I would have made it through the stress of selling one house and buying a new house 125 miles apart if Steve had not contacted me. Furthermore, throughout all this, we have developed a nice friendship. ZillowVERIFIED Steve assisted in two completely different types of transactions. The first and more complex involved a commercial property (apartments) with an unusual land lease agreement. Due to the complexity, there were several "fits and starts" with potential buyers. An agreement was reached with a well-known and established real estate investment firm that was relatively slow to move. Steve stayed on top of the firm and applied pressure to meet the obligations, insisting that milestone payments and potential penalties be paid. The final outcome was a successful transaction. The second transaction was a much more simple- the sale of a single family home in Oceanside. Steve noted that there was a surprising lack of traction on offers and suggested that a staging firm be brought in to make the vacant property appear "warmer". This was done in a fair manner and in short order an offer was made and the sale completed.

ZillowVERIFIED Steve helped us with the sale of our old home and purchase of our new townhome. He was very knowledgeable, honest and straight forward and helped guide us so that we were able to make our home look like a model and not a crazy house with 2 kids and a dog. There were quite a few hiccups from financing on our buyers side, which then led to problems on our side and as crazy as it got, Steve was on it for us. His experience showed and he didn't have us worrying about things that could be easily resolved. It was nice working with someone who knew the community well and was a professional in the whole process. He sold our home in 11 days and represented both sides.
