Steven Garza is the co-founder of the Lifestyles of San Antonio Team at eXp Realty, a three-time eXp Realty ICON Agent, and a San Antonio REALTORA(R) with 20 years of residential real estate experience.

Since beginning his real estate career in 2006, Steven has successfully guided clients through approximately 750 real estate transactions, helping buyers, sellers, investors, military families, and people relocating to San Antonio make informed real estate decisions. His business has been built around extensive local market knowledge, straightforward advice, strong negotiation, and relationships that continue long after closing.

Today, Steven and his wife and business partner, Katie Powers, lead the Lifestyles of San Antonio Team. Together, they bring nearly 30 years of combined real estate experience to their clients.
