Real Estate Broker
ZillowVERIFIEDHe is amazing. He is very down to earth and professional. He had our best interest at heart. He goes above and beyond. I felt at ease with him. I highly recommend him and will use him in all my future needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDI'd like to thank Steven Darling for helping my wife and I with the refinancing of our home. He is very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I'm not an expert in real estate so it was nice to have someone that could be honest and be there to help us throughout the entire process. I really appreciate that. Steven guided us in the right direction and we ended up saving a lot of money! I would definitely recommend Steven to anyone!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe didn't believe that we would be able to purchase a home in San Diego. After 10 years of renting we took the leap and contacted Steve. He went above and beyond to make our dream come true. We would look at 6-8 homes a day and with disappointment after disappointment being out bid, Steve was always so positive and had something else on the horizon for us. I will be forever grateful for his hard work and dedication to finding us our forever home. If you are looking for the perfect agent to find your dream home contact Steve. We will always use him and recommend him to our family and friends.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt was a difficult decision to sell our family home of 45+ years, but circumstances changed and it was time. Steven was kind, caring and respectful from our initial visit all the way to the final transaction. Being out of town, not knowing any Agents, unfamiliar with the process of selling a home all made for a stressful situation. Steven is very knowledgeable and passionate about his profession. Simply put, he keeps it real. He was always patient and reassuring when presented with yet another question. Stevens level of communication was second to none. He was available day or night (even on a holiday and during his family vacation) which I was so grateful for. When he says, aEURoedont worry, I will get it doneaEUR?aEUR|. HE DOES. A job well done Steven, thank you!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe are extremely happy with our home and lucky to have Steven as our realtor! Although we were beat out on the first place we bid on Steven had us looking at a new place the very same day, which we bought! All our future Real estate ventures will be exclusively through him.
ZillowVERIFIEDSteven is a highly qualified and knowledgeable professional who walked us through every step of the purchasing process and helped us to close escrow in a shorter time-frame than anticipated. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns, any time of day or night, with a thorough understanding of the process and community. He is no pressure; wants to find exactly what the client is looking for. Top-notched agent!
ZillowVERIFIEDI was a first-time home buyer and Mr. Darling was my agent. I was very impressed with his expertise, professionalism, and negotiation in real estate business. Of course I could find many agents with similar qualifications; however, what made me choose Mr. Darling to be my agent was his genuine heart in helping people. He went above and beyond his obligations in helping me to go through the buying process and I can't thank him enough for this experience. He answered all of my questions and concerns instantly. His communication was excellent especially in my circumstance as I was not a local buyer. I am officially a first-time home owner now and thank you Mr. Darling for making my dream come true.
