Steven was/is very courteous and delightful. Responded to all of our e-mail questions and texts big and small alike. He didn't delay in anything he said he would do. He was frustrated with us when we were frustrated. Happy with us when we were happy. He didn't lose patience with us while we went from house to house looking. He contacted the Seller's agent and made sure to get us answers. He followed through on everything that was pending.
