ZillowVERIFIED Steve was a big help to me in selling this property. I was not living there at the time and was about 60 miles away from the property and had a care-taker at the house. Steve was very good with communicating with both me and the care-taker and keeping us both updated as to open houses, etc. He also was helpful in recommending a firm that was able to clean out the house and garage which was needed being that I was so far away. I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone buying or selling in the area.

At least 50% of prospect buyers made an offer during THE FIRST AND ONLY OPEN HOUSE. We had over 10 offers on the table within 24 hours, and several ABOVE asking price. Steves pricing recommendations were right on the mark and the house had multiple offers on day 1 of showing. Ultimately prospective buyers bid the price up, just as Steve suggested might happen if we priced right. Steve is a pleasure to deal with, he is very responsive and his networking is superb.
