ZillowVERIFIED Steven was fantastic! So wonderfully kind, warm, professional, and timely. I had a time constriction and he was extremely conscious of when I needed to leave and made sure I saw everything in the home necessary in an efficient manner but also left plenty of time for questions and further inspection of things like the water heater/furnace/roof, etc... He was able to compile a CMA for me in a very short amount of time and was incredibly responsive and easy to reach whenever I needed. He was willing to search for older disclosures and find information that wasn't readily accessible. I would absolutely recommend Steven as an agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Steve spent a lot of time evaluating my house, provided many comparable properties in the Tipp Hill area for me to look at so I was comfortable with the asking price (which I set with his help). He had me pack up the clutter so the house looked fresh and welcoming. He took great pictures and had the beautiful professionally manicured spring garden photos on display in the house. He educated me on keeping everything in its place, and explained how I would need to have a quick exit plan so potential buyers could view the house. From the time my home was listed, there was a steady stream of interested buyers. Three days later (and before the open house), I accepted a offer for full asking price. Made the whole process exciting and stress free. Great to work with. Highly recommend.
