ZillowVERIFIED Steve did an outstanding job with our new home purchase in Helena. We were ready to sell our house in Missoula and we're looking at a couple for houses in Helena. Steve coordinated showings to work with our schedule since we were coming from our of town. He was very responsive to our messages and calls and extremely knowledgeable about the market in the area. Steve helped us negotiate with the seller and ultimately helped us reach an agreement with them. After the inspection, he even went to the house multiple times to make sure that the seller completed the repairs that we requested. We were not able to do an in-person walkthrough before closing, so he kindly offered to do a video walkthrough for us. I cannot recommend Steve enough - he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of even after we closed on the house and moved in. If you need a knowledgeable agent who would be your biggest advocate, look no further than Steve.
