Now lets get into his knowledge, not only did he negotiate the best selling price for us, he got us the most out of our equity. He has extensive experience with lots which was a huge plus and necessity for me as I was selling 2 lots. After interviewing several realtors, I found that most realtors do not have lot experience. While other realtors had quoted me at what I now can definitively say were low asking prices for my lots, Steve was confident that I could ask for much more. After taking his advice and listing at a higher asking price, I found that he was correct aEUR" we had a lot of interest and Steve ultimately negotiated a selling price that was even higher than the original asking price. Steve is not the type of realtor that lists low for a quick commission, but is really looking out for his clients. I believe this is why he is such a successful realtor. I could not have been more pleased with Steve and am so grateful that he helped me sell in a quick amount of time. The quick sale exceeded my expectations since lots generally take longer to sell than residential properties. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs you may have.
