By the time we got to town, Steve had set up multiple house showings based on our criteria. We were impressed by how seriously he took our preferences, and how much he knew about each home by the time we arrived in town. Also impressive was his knowledge of each neighborhood in Cooper City and Pembroke Pines. As we drove around, Steve offered insight on types of homes in the neighborhood, as well as unique features of each. His insight was incredibly helpful as we weighed the pros and cons of each home. As a local, he good answers for all our questions: we asked about schools, he knew the ones we were looking at. We asked about restaurants, he told us his favorites in the area. Steve was flexible with our schedule, and we never felt pressured into something we weren't crazy about. All in all, it was a great experience.
