He consistently demonstrated concern for our best interest throughout the two year long process of finding the right home in the right neighborhood for us. Steve knows the Jacksonville area and is well connected with other important services that accompany home buying such as home inspectors and homeowners insurance contacts. Steve is masterful at home buying negotiations, has exceptional communication skills and did not pressure us to buy the wrong property or buy before we were ready. To top it off, Steve demonstrates an entertaining sense of humor and is an all around great guy with whom to work.

He was easy to reach by phone or email, and if he was not immediately available he would always promptly get in touch with me. He was a pleasure to work with. He is not pushy, he waits for his client to ask the question then gives his answer without trying to sway you. He is polite, well groomed and knowledgeable. He showed our home and was at our closing, we were not there. He is the kind of person you enjoy being around. And, best of all--he's very nice. Our home was a little challenging to sell at the price we wanted, he was successful. I would recommend him.
