For our new home, our contract was contingent on selling our prior home. The buyers of our old home had their lending fall through the day before both homes were scheduled to close. Steve worked through the night to get the deal back on track in less than 24 hours. He negotiated a preoccupancy with the owner of our new home, so we were able to move in on time without rescheduling movers or canceling any accounts. He also covered our rent for the few days between moving in and closing, so we weren't out additional money for the delay in closing. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and effective. He will put his time, energy, and money into helping you close on your home, and I would absolutely recommend him for either buying or selling a home (or both).
