She actually listened to what we needed/wanted, and showed us places wed actually be interested in, and that would work for our family. It sold in one day and closed 4 weeks later, and it was not the least expensive lot in the neighborhood.He also sold my good friends house in one week , and his house also was not the least expensive house in the neighborhood.
