Robby is a truly an exceptional agent. We felt when we were looking at homes with Robby that we were there more with a knowledgable friend than a real estate agent. While examining the house we were interested in, he would point out issues with the house which he noticed that would need to be addressed and through his expertise would also quickly estimate how much the given issue would cost to repair. We never felt that he was trying to sell us a house but was there to give us advice. He was always available to us no matter what time we contacted him. He is truly a gem and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

My husband and I are first time home buyers and had an excellent experience working with Robby to buy our first home! He was friendly, responsive, and very informative regarding the home buying process and transparent about expected costs. During each showing, he gave us good advice about what to expect regarding home maintenance and readily pointed out any potential expensive issues he noticed. The showings with Robby felt like he was looking for more imperfections to keep us informed rather than only noting positives to make a quick sale. This helped us have a better understanding about the quality of life and expense of maintenance that wed be expecting in each home and overall gave us more confidence when we made an offer. When making offers, his advice on comps always felt accurate and we never felt pressured to make an offer outside of our comfort zone. I highly recommend him to any buyers who want an agent that will look out for their own needs. If youre worried about buying an obvious money pit due to lack of home knowledge, I think Robby is a great choice to keep you well informed about a homes relative condition and expected costs. He also will share with you a lot of great resources that can help you do your own research into the homes history (if you like digging into that stuff). We found him to be the perfect fit for our needs as first time buyers. Robby was also a great help even after we closed on our home. The sellers had a repair appointment that could only get scheduled after our closing date, and unfortunately we were unavailable during the given times. Robby was able to handle this appointment for us and ensured everything went smoothly. This was greatly appreciated!
