Our family recently relocated to Cincinnati, and we were under a time crunch to find a new house as we were expecting a baby shortly after our relocation. Micha (and her team) were specifically picked for us by our real estate agent in Columbus given their reputation, experience, and specialty area in the the locations we were using to search for a new home. Micha was incredibly professional, engaging, and helpful from our initial consultation through the entire search and house purchase process. Additionally, the team model that is used in her 4-person real estate group was incredibly supportive. In the rare instance that Micha was not available to take us to view a home or to be present for an inspection in the house we purchased, one of her associates was able to assist us! Their technology - app for viewing houses and dotloop for documents - was very helpful, as well. Finally, we had a few complications near the end of the inspection process before we closed on the purchase and Micha and her team were with us each step of the way. Without their support, we would likely have walked away from the purchase and missed out on a wonderful new house and neighborhood and would have likely had a more stressful home purchase experience.
