With the way everything is selling here in the Huntsville area I wouldn't have found a house. ZillowVERIFIED Steve handled a very complicated estate inheritance sale for me and my two other co-estate owners(brother and sister). We had two sales fall through because of lender issues with buyers in large part due to unknown factors in a multi-home estate scenario. Steve persevered, did a lot of research to determine how best to get our property sold, and came through with a cash buyer at a price that met our needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone putting their home on the market. I will be using Steve in the near future to list, market, and sell my own home since I was very impressed with the way he handled my fathers estate. You cant go wrong with Steve!
