Steve knew the area. He knew which subdivisions were selling and the people at the subdivisions. With the way everything is selling here in the Huntsville area I wouldn't have found a house. Let alone a builder that would allow me to pick extra feature such as gas and a utility tub in the garage. He is easy to get along with and knows where to go to find what you are looking for.
