In January of that year we decided to downsize from our two-floor Highland Square area home, having four bedrooms, to a smaller home having just two bedrooms and one floor. Mary and I were retired and empty nesters. At our first meeting Steve came well-prepared, as he did throughout the entire process. He provided much information about the true sale value of our home. He had researched numerous comps in the vicinity to help us arrive at a suitable asking price. He explained in understandable terms the ins and outs of price-setting and sale timing. We were impressed by Steves professional approach in working both to sell our home and to find a smaller home for us. Steve is very detail oriented.
