Steve has helped us through the entire process from re-surveying the land to selling 2 of the 4 parcels/homes. We are still working with him to sell the remaining 2 parcels. It has been a long process of working with surveyors, lawyers, government, appraisers, realtors, and clients. He has been extremely patient and kind with us. He has listened and responded to our concerns and is always a gentleman. He has advised us well. His vision on how to divide the property is bringing more money than the way the land would have in its original state. He is the first real estate agent that we have ever had that truly listened to us, and that we really felt was a "buyer's agent". He is exceptionally patient, and down to earth guy. He even got to be pals with our kids, who though he was great. We had some issues with our mortgage company coming through with deadlines, and Steve was great about getting on the phone and pressuring them to come through for us. Home buying is a very overwhelming process, and Steve's in depth knowledge was a huge advantage. Highly recommend Steve for buying or selling. He is not your average realtor, and he did a fantastic job making our transition to Columbus a great one.

We expected to be holding onto our property for many months (paying two mortgages), but Steve's team managed to sell it more quickly than we ever considered. Working with Roger (part of Steve's team) was terrific - he was the perfect combination of infinite patience for his clients, but zero tolerance for anything less than professionalism coming from the other end. It was reassuring to have a realtor that could recognize "games" others play and advised us on what we should consider avoiding.
