ZillowVERIFIED I walked into Steve Silvers office and told his team I wanted to purchase my first home. Within less than a month I found the home I wanted. He set me up with Gene Cooney who was extremely helpful as well. Steve pushed the process and within two months or less I had my first home signing. It went flawlessly. Mr. Silver and his team were beyond helpful. He didn't push a house on me. When we found the house I wanted I told him I was done, that I wanted this house. We were viewing the house. He said hold on a minute and immediately got on the phone and put in an offer. I would recommend him to my children when they grow up. He understood our special needs (we wanted a house with acreage, somewhat private settings, in a specific price range) and he presented us 3 houses. Previously we were dragged around by other real estate agents and they showed us numerous properties which we did not like. He listed to us and the 3 houses all matched our needs. One one close to a flood plain so the other two were on the list. Since we worked in Columbus, we chose the one in Seymour. He gave us a few ideas about mortgage options too, not at all directing us to any specific banks. He was even there when we wanted to sell the house and gave us great points. Eventually it went in a private sale. He is knowledgeable. Working with several agents in my life he is the best. He responds to emails, phone calls and understands what people want.
