Steve is a master of his craft. After we contacted him expressing our desire to start looking for our first home, he immediately made himself available to meet with us. Instead of just letting us list off all of our wants, Steve took the time to ask questions that could help him to understand the motivations behind our wants. He really took the time to understand us as people and as a couple before we started looking at houses. Steve took the time to educate us about the process before we started and let us know what to expect at every step. Steve's local knowledge was above and beyond expectations. He really knows Jacksonville and St. John's County. He was able to help us to think forward several years about what our situation might look like in the future and guide us to finding a home that would suit us and our growing family's needs for years to come. Steve was quick to respond to our requests to view a home and we often were viewing one in less than 24 hours of us seeing it online. He set us up to receive emails with the listings of all homes that matched our criteria so we could see every time a home the had potential for us was put on the market, taken off the market or had a price change. This was amazingly convenient and helped us to keep up with the pace of the market.When it came to negotiating, Steve's knowledge and experience were vital. He helped us to decide on a competitive offer and assisted in the counter process to ensure we were comfortable with the numbers and how things were going.
