Both my husband and I travel a lot, and Steve did an absolutely wonderful job representing us as the buyers for this property. He was super quick to get us the information we needed to get the process going, and stood strong as our representative when it came to "nudging" the process along on the finance end. He is extremely professional, polite, and very knowledgeable on which point (or which order of steps), we should be in throughout the process as payments were made, and information was recorded. ZillowVERIFIED One review cannot truly contextualize the magic that Steve Ord performed to make my dream home purchase a reality. Yet, I will still try to do so. From Day 1, Steve was completely transparent and honest with me. He remained positive throughout the whole process, but not at the cost of being realistic. He set realistic expectations, then delivered and exceeded on all of them. Even when my preferred lender fell through over a minor issue, he reassured me wed get things done, and found a local lender who did just that. I faced many obstacles throughout this process. Some of which were unique to me, many of which were not. In all cases, Steves expertise was vital. However, the single most positive thing I can say about Steve Ord is that during the entirety of the home buying process, he made me feel like I was his only client. Every response he had for all of my questions was genuine, personal, and (most important to my needs) immediate. I'm sitting on my couch, in my first (and hopefully last) home, as I type up this review after 10 hours of work and 2 hours of class. Normally, the last thing Id ever want to do at this point would be to write one more essay. However, given what Steves done for me, and what he can potentially do for you, its an honor to do so.

Steve made sure it was not hard and eliminate (or mostly eliminated) the stress created by the normal risk of losing a good tenant in order to sell an investment property. Steve, as listing agent, offered sound market and pricing advice and sound advice as to the offer I accepted. He handled notification to my tenant and all move-out/clean-up technicalities. He communicate often, via email and phone. In fact, he would respond to my emails within minutes! My property sold/closed in a timely manner at a price I was happy with. If you need an experienced Real Estate Agent in the Las Vegas area, Steve Ord is the person you want to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED My mother passed away in South Dakota in November 2018 at age 95. For about 30 years she'd owned a rental condo in Las Vegas that Keller & Jadd managed for her. After her death my sibs and I decided to sell the condo. Stephen had provided a market analysis of the property the year before, so he became our Realtor. Never having met Steve or seen the property, I decided to pay for a background check on him. It came up clean as a whistle. During the entire sale he was always courteous and professional. His knowledge of the local market was excellent. He recommended pricing the property higher than I expected. Our first offer (a full price cash deal) came in the same day it went on the market. After that buyer backed out, he immediately negotiated the back-up offer (again a full price cash deal). That sale just closed. The process was transparent throughout. The title and escrow processes were relatively easy, with Steve available to answer questions. He usually called back or emailed within a few minutes. He could answer most questions accurately off the top of his head--he knows the properties and laws that well. Based on my experience, I would recommend Stephen Ord and Keller & Jadd without reservation.
