Before selling our home we interviewed several real estate brokers, including Steve. His knowledge, marketing expertise and follow-up convinced us to work with Steve and his team. We were immediately introduced to Jessica Wille, who put a plan together for the preparation and sale of our house. This plan included fantastic resources from Steves team, including Stefani for organizing and Alisha for staging. They provided guidance and hands-on help in order to prepare our home to be shown to potential buyers. We decided to take a trip to the coast when the house went on the market, to give Jessica some time to hold an open house. We were shocked and delighted when we had three offers in three days!
