We live out of state and were referred to him through KW, selecting him after carefully vetting agents through stats and interviews. He had sage insight from the beginning on how to sell our (then) tenant occupied home, and was with us every step of the way. The other seller and I are in a high conflict divorce and Steve continued to communicate with both, handle with professionalism, be available whenever needed, and have solutions for any road bump we encountered. Things with the third party closing group (not Steves) got rocky in the final days, and again it was clear who our actual advocate was. If I ever sell again, I would want someone like Steve at my side. It felt like working with a friend, even though I knew he had our interests as sellers first in mind. Thanks Steve, Brandon and team!

ZillowVERIFIED Steve and his team are a well-oiled home selling machine!When we went to sell our house, we thought that all realtors had access to the same tools and would be more or less equally capable. What we didn't realize at the time (and only found out later when we actually did some research) was that something like 90% of all home sales are closed by a handful of agents in every market!After almost 100 days on the market with a family friend who is also a realtor, we finally reluctantly decided to make the change to Steve and his team. They were organized, methodical, and focused. They put together a strategy to sell our house, explained it to us in detail, and then executed the plan quickly and efficiently. They handled all the details, but explained to us what they were doing along the way. We found Steve to be knowledgeable, personable, and helpful, but the team he put together is also clearly a huge advantage for home sellers. They made sure that the process kept moving forward and we were kept up to speed on what was going on from start to finish.I was particularly impressed with their grasp of how social media and the internet have changed the home buying and selling process. They showed a great deal of technical know-how in terms of integrating traditional marketing, social media, and even automated data analytics techniques to drive eyeballs to our house's online pictures and potential buyers to showings. Ultimately, they got us an offer in just under a month in the middle of the off season. We'd recommend anyone selling a house in central Florida give Steve and his team a good, long look.Remember how I said most houses get sold by a handful of sellers? Take my advice and look at how many houses Steve sold at or near asking price compared to the other realtors you're looking at. You can thank me later.
