Review Steve was a fantastic realtor, and probably the only person I would trust to buy or sell a house in Southern New Mexico. Steve tirelessly served our needs, and was willing to meet or talk any time, nights, weekends, etc. He never once said he was too busy, and dealt with our plethora (and I do mean plethora) of wants in a house, on our budget, and hooked us up with an amazing home which we and our children love. Review Steve Montanez is the only real estate agent that approached us and requested to sell our home. We previously contacted 3 agents over a period of 3 years and never received adequate, motivated assistance. Steve provided this and much more. Though our contract with Steve was extensive, he never gave up and worked diligently throughout the process. Our home had very unique attributes and was difficult to sell under the present market conditions. Im thankful that Steve persevered as I was more concerned about him giving up on us, than I ever planned to get a different agent. At a certain point we had to vacate the house. Steve was always there to help us with yard work, utility issues, maintenance and all manner of things while the home was vacant. Im truly thankful for Steves unyielding attention and steadfast determination. Thank you.

Not only is he impressively knowledgeable about the local market he makes you feel that your interests are his interests. I truly felt I was in good hands. Review We met Steve Just browsing through an open house. We still had our house to sell. We went into a listing agreement with Steve and also started the building process for our new home. Our home sold in 3 months and we were in a bind not having a place to live while our new home was still under construction. Steve helped find us an apartment and also visited the building site every week and updated us with pictures and info from contractors. Our home sold and our new home closed shortly after. We still hear from Steve and truly appreciate the way he keeps us updated on our neighborhood. We just never knew we could work with just one person for everything. It was quite convenient. In the beginning he even disclosed us he was still fairly new to his business and ill never forget when he said We will learn it all together, im not gonna let you go at this alone Steve and his team are great at what they do and we were very lucky to have met them.

Review We had our home for sale under a previous realtor who unfortunately quit the business halfway through our agreement. We were also having to deal with tenants not wanting to cooperate with us. Steve was recommended to us by someone at my office. We contacted him and within 3 days we were back on the market and the tenants informed us they were moving out. The home went under contract fairly quickly, There were some hiccups regarding repair issues with our home and Steve and Jeremiah took care of arranging contractors to fix all issues and their work was paid for out of funds on closing day. I was unaware that was an option. We felt like we did not have to do much at all. Steve and his team made the selling process very easy. We are in the process of listing our primary residence and looking forward to working with Steve to find us a new home when we decide to downsize. He made us feel like we were his only clients and we still receive updates and cards in our mailbox even a year later. Steve sends us market reports and we remain fully informed of conditions in our area. We are looking forward to working with him again !!

Review Steve is an excellent agent to work with. I appreciated and admired his hard working style, proficiency, and his accessibility to me throughout my search for a home. Steve always managed to maintain immediate contact either by phone, text, or email. Anytime I wanted to see a home he could make it happen expeditiously. Steve was also very knowledgeable of the homes he showed to me and gave me good guidance in making my decision of what home to get. He was extremely helpful to me the buyer, but was also helpful to the seller in finding resources the seller needed to close our deal. Steve is a wonderful example of someone that takes his job very seriously. He provides the highest levels of service to those that he works with. Review Steve did an amazing job. We appreciate everything he did for us. He really went above and beyond. We were first time home buyers and really had no clue. Steve arranged (and drove!) us all over town to look at multiple houses. After our first day of showings he understood what we were looking for -- probably better than we did! He found The One for us. He helped negotiate the price, guided us through every detail of the buying process, he ran interference when we had issues with the seller/builder/representative... He even contacted our chosen inspector and got him to come back to recheck the house after the builder fixed the issues that were found. Steve definitely made the whole home buying process less confusing and stressful. I really dont think we would have ended up buying a house if it wasnt for him.

If for any reason he was unavailable, he would have his lovely assistant Stephanie meet with me, anything to accommodate my schedule. Review I very highly recommend Steve.I started working with him at the beginning of this year when I decided to make a new years resolution that by 2014 I would be in a position to buy a house.when I contacted Steve he quickly started referring me to the proper people to get my credit squared away and a good lender.within a few months I had already fixed my credit and gotten it above the required score level for the loan I was applying for.I did however decide to move from New Mexico to York Pennsylvania.where I did not purchase a house through him he has helped me every step of the way and I now have my pre approval letter for when I am ready to buy in Pennsylvania. and as an added bonus he also contacted real estate agents in Pennsylvania familiar with my situation to assist me in the moving process and home buying process. I am very glad to have worked with Steve.
