We had never bought a house before and Steve was very caring and extremely helpful. Steve is very personable, a man of high ethical integrity, and my wife and I highly recommend him as an excellent realtor. He helped us look at several houses and when the house we bought came on the market late one afternoon, by 9:30AM the next morning we went through the house and knew it was the right one. On the multiple offers we submitted, he stayed up on multiple occasions past bedtime to work with us and make sure everything was done right. With his decades of experience he is very knowledgeable in the local region and can answer most questions without having to look it up. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help walking through the selling or purchase of a home. I am not related to him and I am not getting paid to submit this. We had a very good experience with Steve and are planning on selling our current home in the next few months and I will not be calling anyone else.

He is a consummate professional that gladly goes the extra mile to ensure his clients get unparalleled service. His honesty and integrity is his hallmark. He diligently seeks out potential pitfalls and openly and honestly discusses them and all the possibilities that exists to rectify them. He is probably the most patient man I have ever met. Although some of our transactions took months to come to fruition, not once did Steve give me the impression he was becoming frustrated. If you are truly looking for an agent that will put your needs before his, look no further, you have found him. I tend to be highly critical and cynical when it comes to commissioned sales people but Steve Miller is the exception to this rule and I have all the faith and trust in him that if I was unavailable or unable to conduct business, I would not hesitate to entrust Steve 100% to do the right thing on my behalf.
