ReviewOur experience with Steven was great! Especially because we used a different agent last year and he did not sell our house. Steven called us because he saw our house did not sell and we decided to give it a try! We were not disappointed! We wanted a specific closing date and he made sure that it happens and it did! As he said he did everything was always smooth, explained from top to bottom and all the promises he told me on day one were kept! Being very unsure I agreed to meet with Steve to do a walk through of my home, just to get his opinion. Steve was very honest with me regarding pricing. I agreed to sign a 3 Month contract with Steve..priced the home at his recommend price based on recent sales in the neighborhood and surrounded areas. Steve put together an amazing package describing my home and the request for views to my home began and never slowed down. I received an offer (what I wanted) and closed..all within 4 months. Review Steve is a true professional. I used him on the sale of 2 homes and the purchase of another. On the sale of my homes he gave me advice without being pushy. In fact at times I just had to ask him: what would you do? On the purchase of my home he was patient and understanding. I am not the most easy-going person in stressful situations. Steve seemed like he was always available to answer my questions. Even if he responded with "I'll get back to you in an hour", I appreciated that. Our previous realtor would leave me hanging for hours and sometimes days. I have worked with a lot of realtors over the years and none have impressed me as much as Steve. I highly recommend him.
