For many years weve received the frequent mailings from Steve regarding recent sales in our neighborhood. So when came time to sell the family home of 50+ years he was the first agent we contacted. Selling the family home you were raised in can be an emotional process, Steve understands that. His competent and experienced teammates calmed that anxiety into confidence and ultimately, results. They handled all the details including scheduling inspections, and recommending a host of actions to best present the property. Which included painting, many minor repairs, changes in lighting, and a bunch of landscaping and cleanup of the yard. During that time several unknown issues came up, but a solution and cost was presented (quickly) and all we needed to do is approve the fix. No pressure to say yes, but we knew it was the right thing to do. Some of the painting and remodel concepts seemed odd, but ultimately was the correct solution. Once the home was listed an open house was scheduled. Over that 2 day period, over 100 groups toured the home. Within 3 days we had multiple offers and were presented with a very qualified buyer.
