My uncle is something else, and the fact that Marcy is capable of managing him speaks volumes. Well, now I know why, Marcy is unrelenting in the pursuit of helping her clients. This is my first-time home purchase and I'm pretty naA?ve on this stuff, but Marcy was great at holding my hand through the process. Despite the economy being crazy, and my lower price range, she still found me the best bang for the buck, argued to get me everything she could, and I'm now proud to say I'm a homeowner, because of her drive and ambitious attitude that won't quit. I contacted Steve wanting a fast sell on our home. We packed up and Marcy spent the time handling the repairs and buying appliances for us. We listed the house on a Thursday and in Escrow the following Monday. Steve and Marcy walked us through the sale every step of the way. Steve or someone from his office would immediately return phone calls or text messages. Our only hiccup the day before closing was a repair everyone missed. But Steve called "his guy" and it was handled that day so we could close the next day. If I were to ever buy or sell a house again in the Albuquerque area, I would definitely use Steve and Marcy!
