We received his Market Updates and Brochures for years. Steve was the first and only agent that I interviewed. He had years of experience in our local market and was transparent and trustworthy. I just knew he was the right one! During that first interview, Steve described his approach, how the process would go, and what to expect. Everything happened exactly as he described! Steve and his wife, Diana, advised me on what to repair or upgrade, and what not to. Diana helped us select the bathroom tiles, the new carpets, and other items. They connected us with their trusted network of contractors. Bottom line, we received multiple offers during the open house. Maybe we were lucky, but we think that the skills of Steve Lincoln, his wife Diana and adult son Bryce, had a lot to do with our extraordinary result, When we interviewed Steve for the listing, we were impressed with his proactive approach of paying for an inspection so we could resolve problems before the buyers noticed them. Steve is a master strategist and he crafted a teaser ?Coming Soon? campaign which drew a record crowd on the first day of showing. Two viable bidders came out of this group and one of them became the buyer. We navigated through some challenging negotiations with the buyer over defects surfaced by her inspector. Steve was invaluable in navigating these issues and keeping our deal alive. In responding to these issues, Steve drew on his wide network of subcontractors and specialists.
