We are so lucky Rayna helped us find our home! The market was super competitive when we began working with her in January 2022 and she was so responsive, always on the lookout for new and upcoming properties for us, thinking outside the box, establishing rapport with the listing agents, and happy to be a part of our journey. We were very picky and also trying to come in at the lowest price point in the market, and she always made us feel really comfortable about showing us any and all houses we wanted to see. We had been looking for that "perfect home" for 4 years! We had fires, low inventory, crazy multiple offers market so by the time I started talking to Stacey we had lost hope to find "the one". Other realtors had us doing all the work , looking trough the MLS ourselves, finding information and just opening the door without knowing much about the home they were showing us. When we would ask questions their reply was pretty standard " what does the MLS say that I sent you?" When we decided to start working with Stacey we had given up. We had stopped seriously searching and found ourselves making the best of it with a home that no longer fit what we needed. Well , Stacey did what she promised us, she did the work for us. She took the time to listen to my husband's "make me move" demands and my dream needs. She surprised us, having us look at different neighborhoods, getting us excited again about our home prospect. We found "the one" in a neighborhood we love, and we would of NEVER thought of looking here if it wasn't for Stacey's expertise. She accomplished in 2 months what multiple realtors could not do. She believed in us, knew when to push but also give us our space. She took us outside our comfort zone. But most importantly when I would ask for information on a home, she knew the home, had already visited or seen it. If not, she would get the information right away! She was prepared to answer our questions. Not only did we get the home we love we got it under asking, during a time everyone else was paying above asking! In addition to finding our home, 3 months later we decided to sell our previous house. WOW! She was on it. Told us what to do, she was able to guide us on the critical things to change so we didn't have to spend money on repairs with no returns. She had an amazing marketing campaign to gain viewers to our home. It was on the top of Zillows page most viewed homes!! We had multiple offers and sold our home so fast I could not believe it!
