Steve made the process of purchasing a home a pleasure! He continually worked hard to make sure that we saw the properties we were interested in, in a timely manner. He was knowledgable about the properties that we inquired about, and worked closely with listing agents to secure the information that we needed in the process. He was instrumental in the negotiating process, and he made suggestions that were in our best interest. Once we secured a home, Steve worked in a methodical manner, insuring that the closing process would go smoothly, working with our bank and attorneys. It was also nice to hear from him a month after the closing to see how things were going with the new home. I would highly recommend Steve for your real estate endeavors. Steve was amazing. He knows the market incredibly well. He showed great patience with us as we were selling our house of 36 years. He didnt rush us but listened carefully to what we needed and treated us with great respect. It was a very emotional process given how long we lived there and Steve was gentle and always said the process takes as long as it needs to take. He was also a skilled negotiator with the buyers.
