Steve was super professional and given the market was very competitive at that time, he directly worked with the seller agent to get the numbers on what the sellers were expecting and suggested a competitive enough but not crazy bid (instead of typical "bid and wait and then overbid" approach taken by most realtors). Steve also got us some $$$ back without us asking when the inspection found some repairs. When we wanted to remodel, he suggested an amazing contractor he worked with and we still have a long standing relationship with the contractor who did various jobs for us.
