Steve helped us buy our current home. Steve was super professional and given the market was very competitive at that time, he directly worked with the seller agent to get the numbers on what the sellers were expecting and suggested a competitive enough but not crazy bid (instead of typical "bid and wait and then overbid" approach taken by most realtors). Steve also got us some $$$ back without us asking when the inspection found some repairs. When we wanted to remodel, he suggested an amazing contractor he worked with and we still have a long standing relationship with the contractor who did various jobs for us.

Steve was able to get my house SOLD during one of the most challenging periods of recent home sales history in late 2022. The contract terms were favorable for me even in a shifting market where other agents were throwing in the towel and just dropping prices. He provides very professional and direct, consistent, communication to his clients and holds their hand through the entire process. Working with Steve felt like a team sport, we debated strategies, if something needed adjustment at the home I would make it happen & if I needed him to make accommodations on the sales, marketing side he made it happen. I would recommend Steve if you want to get your house sold in a way that makes YOU feel comfortable you are in control.

Steve is a very effective and efficient realtor. I was selling my fathers house, a difficult sale because it was a real fixer and being sold as is. I accepted an all cash offer in 5 days and it closed 11 days after that. The closing process was very easy and stress free. Steve is very well connected and knowledgeable about the Livermore area, so he was able to set up various home inspections very quickly. He explained everything very well and was transparent about pricing, how the process of selling a house works, what we needed to do (and didnt need to do) to prepare the house, and the expected timeline, as well as who would be most likely to be the buyer of the house (an investor who will repair it and remodel it for resale) and what a fair price would be. He kept me apprised of every step via text, emails and phone calls. I highly recommend Steve.
