ZillowVERIFIED I met Steve at a subdivision new sales desk and while I didn't purchase there, I still used Steve for purchasing my new home. He made me feel at ease even though my situation and reason for buying was difficult. He walked me through every step and was extremely responsive when I had a question or concern. I returned to him after I needed to sell my mom's house after her death (another difficult situation). He gave great advice and we got a full price offer that went through quickly. I will use Steve again, if needed. Really nice guy to boot!

We did virtual tours so I didn't have to fly out every time and Steve pointed out every detail, flaw, crack, scuff mark as if I was there inspecting myself. He went above and beyond even after my closing to ensure I was happy. I couldn't of had a better realtor. Will hands down be using Steve in the future. You want a realtor who works for you. Whenever I saw a property I was interested in, Steve would respond within the hour with info on the property and a scheduled showing time. Additionally, when the property I wanted wasnt going to be available for several months (a model house), Steve worked with the builder and my lender to make sure the timing of the sale benefitted everyone.
