Review Angelo Caruso was my real estate agent and he helped me purchase my new home in Carmel this summer. He was an amazing person to work with. He was readily available to help me out through out the entire purchase process which took several months and was available afterwards as well if I needed anything. He did a great job negotiating on my behalf and getting me a great deal on the house. He was able to coordinate multiple last minute showings at my request to show the house to my family members before the purchase. Additionally, he was able to set me up with multiple great contractors to get all the needed work done so I did not have to worry about finding the contractors or negotiating with them to get the work done. Sam, also part of his team did an excellent job coordinating everything including setting up the closing date and time, communicating with the other agent to get me the information I needed from the sellers (utilities, current landscapers, pool maintenance, elevator info), etc. And it's great that even three months after the closing, I feel pretty comfortable reaching out to them via text or email with any questions and can feel pretty confident that I would get an immediate response. Overall, I'm very happy with the service I received from Angelo and team at the Steve Clark team and I highly recommend him to others.

After talking with several real estate agents in the area, we quickly gravitated towards working with Angelo because of his friendly, prompt, and thorough communication in the initial stages of the search process. Angelo is well-versed in the Indy real estate market and was able to quickly advise us on the most desirable neighborhoods to search in given our budget and desired specifications for our home. It was fortuitous that we were not very IT friendly and that we accidentally pressed a button not knowing what it was for or what would happen next. What did happen next, was that we got introduced to Angelo. Meeting Angelo has been one of the highlights of our time here in Indiana. It is really helpful to know someone who knows "everything". From us needed a Tax Advisor to finding a removal company. Angelo is the go-too man. Angelo helped us enormously with this purchase process. He listened to what we wanted even though we knew some of it was difficult - our English descriptions are very different to the American ones . We were looking for our "American Dream" home which we know is not a tangible thing, but Angelo has managed to find it for us and even over delivered in the process. Review We found our realtor, Angelo Caruso, through Zillow, and although he was only the second agent we had ever met with, we lucked out majorly! My partner and I could not speak more highly of Angelo and how friendly and professional he is. Upon meeting us, he immediately began asking questions about our situation so that he could best assist us in making the right home purchase for our needs. He was very thorough in his research on each property we toured, giving us the real pros and cons of each, and was very quick and responsive in helping us in our search himself. In fact, it is Angelo who recommended we tour the home we ended up falling in love with and purchasing. He was even able to help us get our offer accepted well below asking price as well as negotiate seller concessions to assist in the closing process. I have worked with 2 other realtors previous to the Steve Clark team and the others dont hold a candle to the customer service I received with the Steve Clark team. I just happened to get connected with my now amazing agent, Angelo Caruso. This man was on top of it! He answered every text, email, and question that I had. He went above and beyond to help me even notice certain things about the homes we looked at just to make sure I didnt miss important details. (For instance, for one of the homes, the counter became detached from the wall. I hadnt noticed it, but Angelo pointed it out to me.) When shopping with him, it felt like I was with a friend who knew all of the details that I needed. He was extremely professional, but also very down to Earth and taught me many things that I didnt know. In addition, once I found what I was looking for, Angelo did everything in his power (with integrity) to do what he could so I could make the best offer that I was comfortable with. I really appreciated his transparency. With the market being so hot, I needed to know exactly how to approach an offer. I just cant say enough about Angelo. Review I was referred to Steve by Dave Ramsey's endorsed local provider (ELP) program. I was supporting my father in selling his home in Indianapolis and had no contacts in the area. Steve and Beth (his support specialist) were truly outstanding. I have relocated personally over eight times across the United States and internationally during the course of my career, and have had a lot of experience with realtors. It has always been a challenge to identify the right realtor to support both the selling and buying side. Our transaction was a bit different since we moved my father out of state before putting the house on the market. Steve and his team were highly supportive, responsive and engaged from start to finish. He provided excellent advice on exactly what work needed to be done (and not done) on the property prior to listing, and he had excellent referrals in place to support us. Since we were hundreds of miles away, he also organized the contractors to come by for estimates as well as to complete the work itself. He always followed up with prompt responses and communication to any questions we had. Due to Steve's professionalism, expertise and support, we received multiple offers shortly after listing, and ultimately accepted one that was above our asking price. Review Steve and his team are amazing. Steve was 100% invested in our process. While he was with us, we were the most important client he had and always tried to talk through all our questions and we had a lot! He found us a great house, negotiated a killer price, and 3 years later our house is valued 20% higher than what we paid. Steve was a big reason we found such a great house. He sold our 1st house in 2 days and we received 4 offers. He priced the house within $100 of the appraisal! The cool thing about Steve is he really cares about you and will always answer your calls even late!
