ZillowVERIFIED We purchased a new construction home which took just about one year to complete. Steve helped us through every step of the process from the beginning to the close. He recommended a very good third party home inspector to do inspections as the house was built. Steve was able to answer all of our questions and was very responsive to phone calls, texts or emails. Since we lived out of town, Steve went over to the construction site to check on updates, and took pictures for us when needed. Even after closing on our new home, Steve has been available to answer questions and point us to resources. We were very happy with Steve's professionalism, knowledge and help.

I'm a first time home owner buying at the high end of my budget, and his experience was key to making it possible and closing quickly once we found the right house. I was able to trust Steve throughout the process, he was motivated to get things done, and each step of the way I knew he was going to deliver. He also has a solid network so was able to bring in a loan officer because I am self employed and didn't fit in a "cookie cutter" mortgage. I think tapping into his network instead of just going with my bank or whatever I could find myself made a huge positive difference. ZillowVERIFIED Working with Steve was absolutely amazing. We actually had tried to get in contact with a different realtor a few days earlier when we saw our now house(yipee) hit the market. This other realtor apparently was out of town, and said they would get back to us and never did. It is such a hot market in Austin we really couldn't just wait for this other realtor to get back to us and it was probably a blessing in disguise because it ended up leading me right to Steve. Steve from the get go was a hustler, he was also out of town that weekend, but did not miss a beat and had us at the house for a scheduled tour that afternoon with one of his colleagues there to show us around. We immediately fell in love with the house and were ready to place an offer. This was the first home we have ever seen, first house we ever made an offer on, and now the first house we have ever bought! I was extremely ignorant to the entire process, and Steve prepped me every day on what was happening from offer to close. Steve saved us money in every possible area. He guided us on the exact offer we should make - without this guidance I would have ended up losing much more in my offer. He also negotiated a really great deal when dealing with repairs that needed to be made in the house, when I had literally no idea on what to ask. When the offer needed to be made Steve happened to be on a road trip, where he pulled over to the side of the road repeatedly to update our offer letter and get it out ASAP to ensure we didn't have any other buyers sneaking up on us. He handled the process so smoothly and was ready to make any changes necessary to get our offer accepted Steve was amazing at educating me through the whole process, and always available for a phone call. I'm sure it was not easy not only dealing with me and my partner, but also my parents who wanted to be involved in this momentous moment in our life. He did great juggling communication between the four of us and making sure everyone was in the loop. He also has an amazing network and helped us get in touch with inspectors, handymen, carpenters, etc. to help us with our projects. I would highly recommend using Steve as your realtor, his experience is unmatched.
