Steve Brashler consistently ignored our requests, made little effort to sell our house until our contract was nearing its end, and worst of all tried to make a strange deal with our sellers agent (without consulting us) that nearly cost us our sale. When asked to explain his actions, he refused to answer our emails. We felt very lucky to have sold our house despite Steve Brashler.

Review My husband and I can't recommend Steve highly enough! He is extremely quick and responsive. We chose to find properties that we were interested in looking at ourselves by utilizing real estate apps. When we would spot one new to the market we would call either Steve or his extremely helpful assistant Monica and they would get us in to see the homes usually within an hour or two depending on when the home was available to look at. This ended up being critical in our finding our dream home in a very competitive market. Steve responds right away to any text or email and never makes you feel like you are bothering him. He does not pressure you in any way. He was a very skilled negotiator and helped us greatly in landing our new home in a multiple bid situation. We would work with him again in a heartbeat!

Review Can't begin to tell you how supportive and helpful this man was. Steve literally held our hands through the whole process. He showed us homes within hours of us finding them online or just seeing them as we drove through neighborhoods. When are closing date got pushed back by 2 weeks Steve actually paid out of pocket to the sellers to cover their rent. We cannot recommend a better agent. A few months after our closing Steve even took me to see a Blackhawks game. This family will be using Steve brashler every time we deal with the real estate market and you should too.

Review I have used Steve on two occasions. Both times were a success. He stays with you from start to finish. We looked a many, many houses and he never gave a "disgusted look about working too hard". Steve is a person who you can spend the day with and realize you are not out to have fun but to look at houses. They both went hand in hand. Just a side note: you will have to go to Dunkin' Donuts when you are done with the sale/purchase for a Boston Creme Donut!?!??!?!?!Good man. Give him a call for Real Estate needs.

Review My husband and I worked with Steve Brashler on multiple occasions. Not only did he successfully help us sell our town home (rental property) but he managed to do so in a timely manner. When we bought our current house a little over a year ago (in 2013), he made us feel like we were a priority. He gave constant effort in trying to find our dream house. Review We worked with Steve last year when we were looking to move out of an apartment and purchase our first home. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions and, in general, didn't really have a clear understanding of what was available to us in the areas where we were looking. In fact, we didn't really even have a clear idea of where we wanted to move to. My wife and I work in different areas, roughly 40 miles apart, so there was a fairly substantial range of neighborhoods that would have worked for us. Steve was incredibly patient, though, and took the time to show us a number of houses (somewhere in the range of 30) in very different neighborhoods - we got an excellent understanding of the type of home we could afford in each area very quickly. Through email, over the phone, and via the website he used, he was always incredibly responsive and willing to meet us for showings. He was able to figure out what we were looking for very quickly, as well, and suggested some neighborhoods we weren't really aware of - one of which we ultimately found our current home in. I strongly recommend reaching out to Steve if you are thinking about or in the process of purchasing a home - he is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with.
