ZillowVERIFIED Stephen Couvillion exceeded my expectations for a realtor. We hired him to help us find a new home as well as sell our existing home. He sold our existing home within 4 hours of it being on the market for an above asking offer. He was also able to get an asking offer on 2 of our family members homes within 24 hours of being on the market as well within the last month. On the quest to find our new home, he drove out to Zachary multiple times a week to show us a home as soon as we could possibly see it. We were under contract on a home, and when we decided we wanted to cancel the contract, there was no resistance or hesitations from him on doing so. He truly wanted us to find a home we loved, not just make a sale. He made our experience as minimally stressful as possible. We will definitely use him again next time we move.

ZillowVERIFIED Stephen is wonderful and was so helpful through the entire process. As a single, first time home buyer, the process can seem extremely intimidating. I was nervous about feeling lost or overwhelmed. The entire process went smoothly and I never once felt like I was doing it alone! Thanks to Stephen and Necole, I had a great experience buying my first home!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure to have Stephen represent our property. I felt his marketing plan was spot on and his use of the internet, social media and other resources very much helped with the sale of the property which had been on the market for awhile previously. Yes you should consider interviewing him if you are thinking of selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Sterling and Nicole made my home buying experience amazing. We have a few hiccups on our end and they showed nothing but patience and understanding. Sterling's knowledge of real estate is vast which helps spot things a less experience agent may have missed. I would do the whole process over again with Sterling as my realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Stephen never put us on the backburner. There were times that I would call or message him with questions or concerns and it was definitely not business hours. He ALWAYS answered. He sold our house in no time in the winter (while every other agent we spoke to told us "good luck with that") and was helping us with our new house in the meantime. He really is an excellent agent and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Sterling was the perfect realtor in every way. He showed me houses on and off for over a year, dancing the dance with me as I toyed with a few offers. He was patient, kind, and so clear in every explanation of every part of the process, which I appreciated deeply as a first-time home buyer. I finally found the perfect home for me, thanks to an email from Sterling the morning of Hurricane Barry. I emailed him at 6:30 am, he responded within thirty minutes, we had an appointment to see the house at 11am, I made an offer that evening, and by 5pm the next day, our offer was accepted. My father happened to be in town at the time, and both he and I agreed that, thanks to Sterling, this was the easiest home-purchasing process in the history of time. Sterling was so helpful, flexible, and supportive every step of the way from that first viewing past closing. He is a genuine, kind man and his joyful professional relationship with his wife (and colleague!) made the whole experience that much more comfortable -- we spent a few hours chatting during my inspection, and being far from my own family, it was even more comforting to have them supporting me through the whole process. Sterling is so knowledgable and supportive, I felt well-informed at every step of the process. I highly recommend Sterling to all people searching for a home in Baton Rouge. He is an excellent realtor, and person.
