I am a full service REALTOR from the ground up! It is a wonderful honor to serve my clients through great customer service, passion & extensive knowledge of the marker from existing homes to new construction. In my nearly 8 years I have provided the following services to my clients. Being a full service REALTOR I am able to provide support through the buying and selling process for my clients by helping them sell their current homes and/or buying a new home that fits their needs. I also help investors find investment properties and sell them when they are ready to make a change. I am a New Construction Specialist with over 7 years of experience in selling spec & custom homes. I was the proud representative of Remington Homes of Iowa & High Mark Dev. providing direct support to the builder from on site daily learning of the construction process, working with contractors & vendors to design with both the color choices & floor plans. I worked direct with buyers on custom homes and with the builder on his specs from the paper to completed product. I have worked with clients through both Cartus Relocation & many clients moving into the Metro area from other states that are not currently working with relocation companies to help find the best neighborhoods for them & their families. I have also helped clients moving out of the area connect with other agents in the area they are relocating to in order to help them find the best agent for their needs. Most importantly I have been blessed with excellent clients that have been so gracious to refer me to their friends & families and have helped my business grow to where it is today!
