About Stephen Woodall

We had an amazing experience with Stephen. It was our first home purchase and he helped us through every step. He is extremely responsive and organized. He checked in a lot with us, explained a lot of things that we didnt understand as first-time home buyers, and was extremely honest which we appreciated. We moved from out of state and he made it so easy for us. Hoping my parents will move out soon and my father met him and said what a great guy and realtor he was and said he would absolutely use him if they decide to move. Couldnt be happier! We would use him again in a heartbeat.

What always impressed me about Stephen was his thoroughness. He would write long emails with his thoughts on the housing situation and took a lot of care to get things right the first time. Hes a great photographer and the process with him was always very easy. Id definitely recommend him to my friends. Although we were unable to sell my condo at the time, I attribute that to the market climate and the price point I was looking for.
