Stephen Weiler was a God send. Moving cross country can be stressful as is. He was so helpful and patient with the entire process. Not to mention completely honest and knowledgeable. He gave us his insight on possible issues facing other properties until we found the perfect home for us. And when we found the one we couldnt live without he fought for us. I can not stress enough how smoothly he made this go and not to mention how welcoming he made us feel in a new place. He is one of the best things we have found in Knoxville.

My husband and I recently relocated our family from Colorado to Knoxville Tennessee and had the pleasure of working with Stephen Weiler as our realtor. The whole process of working with Stephen was smooth and helpful! We came to Knoxville for a quick weekend of house hunting, where we were greeted with some local goodies and a prepared realtor to make the most of our time. Stephen listened to our desires as he got to know us and shifted gears as needed to help find the best fit for our family. He helped us better understand the area as we were trying to decide what part of town to move to. We decided to go with a new construction and having Stephen advocate for us was extremely helpful! He attended the walk through meetings and sent us video updates of our house while we were still in Colorado. He was proactive in making sure all the pieces were in line for our closing and was readily available as we had questions. Apart from being a great realtor during the searching and purchasing process, he was just an all around great guy as he shared about his life experiences here and had many great recommendations of things for us to checkout and explore.
