Stephen (Steve) Sexauer

My name is Stephen Sexauer (aka Real Estate Steve). I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and lived in San Jose, Costa Rica, before making the beautiful Tampa Bay my home in 1986. I graduated from the University Of Florida with a degree in Business Management and have received my professional licenses from the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate in St.Petersburg, FL. Since 1997, I have been involved in almost all aspects of real estate, from mortgage financing and real estate investing to providing the best service by helping my clients with their real estate sales and purchases. As a full-time real estate broker/owner & Realtor, mortgage broker, and real estate investor, I have earned 20+ real estate designations and certifications. Most people know me to be experienced, knowledgeable, reliable, and passionate about real estate. Most importantly, everyone knows I am loyal and fully committed to my clients. I genuinely enjoy working with my clients and educating them along the way; while helping them navigate the arduous process of buying and selling real estate.
