I had known Steve for several years before deciding to hire him as my realtor because I learned of his extensive knowledge of the Tampa Bay real estate market as we became good acquaintances. Having this knowledge was extremely insightful because of searching for a home in the aftermath of destruction caused by Hurricanes Helene & Milton. My search with Steve took nearly a half of year looking for the right house. Steve was patient throughout the process and was always willing to make time in short order to visit any new house that had just appeared on the market. This was greatly appreciated.
