Stephen was so awesome to work with. He helped us get all of our ducks in a row and make sure that we were in a position financially and mentally, to purchase a house before we even looked at the first one. He drove to Davis County every week and we would look at homes. We had one home that we were in love with but for some reason wouldn't past FHA standards. Stephen had is own guy come out and inspect the home to verify rather than just accept what others had said. In the end it took a while, but we finally got the home we were looking for. But Stephen didn't stop working there. He helped us through closing, and when we had issues with a water heater only a few months later, went to bat for us with our home warranty who was not being as helpful as they could be. Because of Stephen's intervention, we were able to get things the way we wanted them. He was patient, easy going and didn't push us to make a decision that we weren't solid on. When we saw some homes that were below standards for the price, he let us know. I will 100% work with him again.
