Once under contract, Stephen fought to lessen the inspection period for us and stayed in constant communication with the Seller's Agent to ensure that there weren't any hiccups along the way. We just closed on our house today and based on the market research (provided by Stephen), I can confidently say that we received more than the value of our house.
