As a non-Nebraska native and someone from the east coast I am skeptical of everyone. Stephen was polite, patient, and professional the entire time we worked together. We were able to secure a VA assumable loan, which can get pretty complicated. My husband and I started working with him in early 2024, we didnt find a home until Dec 2024, and the deal wasnt closed until March 2025. My husband and I had so many questions, and Stephen either answered immediately or followed up with answers no matter the time of the day. Stephen knew what he was doing and if he didnt he was definitely a fast learner. Although the process was long (because it was an assumable loan), stressful, and kind of scary, it was comforting having someone on our side doing their best to keep us sane during the process. Myself and my husband are really happy to have Stephen as our realtor.
