Stephen got us in for a showing a day before the open house which allowed us to get in an offer quickly. He walked us through the negotiations process patiently, and we got the house. Throughout the closing process, Stephen was quick to respond to anything we needed and reached out to contacts immediately with any of our questions or concerns, which led to our peace of mind. Its very clear that he knows what hes doing and is very passionate about it. I would definitely recommend him for anyone buying a home!

He impressed us from day one with his thorough review of our home and the neighborhood comps. He was always prompt with returning emails, texts, phone calls and always on time to every appointment we had with him. We had a tight timeline since we were relocating to Maryland and needed to close on our house in NY within 7-8 weeks. Stephen said he could get it done and he made it happen. We had 2 open houses which yielded 6 offers, all at or above asking price!! He had a specific, personalized strategy for every step of the process from the open houses to negotiating to coordinating between all parties. He was also very respectful of our family, time, and home given that we have 2 young children. ZillowVERIFIED My fiance and I began working with Stephen over the summer of 2016 and closed on our house in November of 2016. Stephen took us to see countless houses as we searched for the right one and never once got frustrated with us. As soon as he knew of a listing he thought we would be interested in he reached out to us to see if we wanted to view it. With housing flying off the market we knew we had to act fast when we did finally found the house we wanted. Our house was listed on a Tuesday, viewed it that Saturday and we had an accepted offer by Sunday, even getting the owners to cancel the open house the following weekend. Stephen was available for all questions no matter how big or small and made sure to take care of us from start to finish. If we needed an answer he would get on the phone and before we knew it we would have the answers we needed from the sellers. I could not say enough great things about having worked with Stephen. Being a first time home buyer the process can be confusing and frustrating at times. Stephens professionalism definitely carried through from start to finish, we could not be happier.

Stephen is attentive to your needs and wants. He goes that "extra mile" for you, he always answer's his phone/email 24/7. I can keep going on listing the positives, but the best thing I can say is he treats you like family and wants to get you that "dream house" no matter what.
