ZillowVERIFIEDLet me start by saying Steve Harris thank you so much for the support you gave me and my family during the home buying process. First Time home buyer I was a little uncomfortable. But, Steve made me feel relaxed during the whole process. I had so many questions that I didnt understand and Steve made it clear. Call me whenever I needed help with answering questions about the home buying process etc. Personally, I asked anyone whos thinking about buying a home now or in the near future please gives Steve Harris a call. Trust me you wont go wrong. Again Steve, thank you once again and god bless.

ZillowVERIFIED Steve is a consummate professional in his trade and as such possesses a superior degree of skill in his salesmanship and negotiation efforts. In addition, Steve kept us fully apprised on the showings of our house and was quick to answer any questions we had during the listing. Both myself and my wife were confident at the time that we placed our home for sale with Steve that he would get the job done in expeditious fashion and Steve did. I am certain that placing your home in Steve's capable hands will produce results and you will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED I was really impressed with the ease of signing up with Steve Harris. His responses to my emails, phone calls, and texts were almost immediate no matter what time of the day or night. When I had to adjust the price on the sale of the house, the adjustments were immediate. My son and niece also used Steve Harris to help them find a place to live. The experience was totally painless, and I would not use anybody else but Steve Harris in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Steve Harris was my agent for my last three real estate deals - the first one dates back to 1998 and the last one was in 2017. He also was my son's agent for three of his home purchases/sales. Steve has become our family realtor. He responds immediately to our emails, texts, and phone calls, and his knowledge about the area is excellent. I can always count on Steve to be candid when I ask him questions. He's authentic and exceptionally easy to work with. I highly recommend Steve when choosing a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Steve Harris was an outstanding agent. He knew the market extremely well. I had a price I wanted to list my house for sale at. However, Steve advised me to the correct market value of the house. Our first sale (same week it was listed) fell through due to appraisal. Steve advised me to not take the loss and keep the house on the market at the current price (even though I wanted to drop the price). The house was on the market about four months when it sold the second time. Everything went smoothly and the house sold for way more than I initially wanted to list it for. Throughout the entire process any questions I had were responded to accurately and timely. Big thanks to Steve for taking as much stress out of this process as possible. I will most certainly use Steve again and recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED I have now sold two homes utilizing Steve Harris as the sole listing agent. He is extremely easy to work with. He knows what the market is and how to list a home for the maximum price. His expertise in negotiating and professionalism with my first sale was the reason I chose to go with him again on my recent listing. I would recommend Steve to anyone - he truly is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Steve Harris was a pure joy to work with. His no non-sense approach to listing/selling our home was a welcomed attribute. He resides in the area which only enhances his knowledge and familiarity. His determination to help us achieve our desired goal was also comforting. We would highly recommend Steve Harris for all real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I selected Steve because he was in my local market area and already had a lot of sales so I knew he was selling full time and would know the market I was in. When I first brought him in I though he would say I would have to decorate before selling but said no don't do a thing. It will sell as is. I thought he was overly optimistic at first when he said "you'll be gone before the snow flies", but he was right and I got more than I originally thought I would.

ZillowVERIFIED Steve got the job done. A true professional. We got what we asked for, and there was no doubt he was on our side, more interested in seeing we were happy than just making a sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Steve Harris was by far the best realtor my husband and I could have hoped for when searching for a new home. This was my first home purchase and I didn't know what to expect from a realtor. To be honest, I was expecting a pushy car salesman type, but Steve was anything but. Steve was always 100% honest and never pushed us into purchasing a home. Steve would straight up tell us not to purchase a home if he didn't think it was in our best interest. Steve always set up showings very quickly, got us in fast, and was very responsive. His 23 years in the business was very apparent in his honesty, integrity, and knowledge. If you want a realtor who will look out for your best interest, choose Steve Harris.

ZillowVERIFIED I was house hunting and he became my real estate agent through a recommendation from a friend. Steve was great. He never pressured me. He drove me to many houses over a few months, answered all my questions, and finally I found the house I wanted to buy and did. Steve Harris walked me through this monumental process from beginning to end. He was very patient with me. I recommend him highly
