ZillowVERIFIED Stephen was very honest, and went over and beyond his duties to insure the sale of my house. I delayed the listing twice but he didn't mind. He understood that I wanted to present my house clean. I am in poor health and sometimes can get grouchy, he didn't mind. He kept me up with what was happening either by text or phone. When I couldn't go to the closing, he arranged to have someone come to my house, and walk me through the process. I couldn't ask for a better Realestate Agent. I would recommend him to all my friends.

He promptly answered our phone calls to get us in to look at houses quickly and was able to book the appointments, mostly the same day, which was huge considering the seller's market. He was easy to work with, making suggestions without being pushy. Most importantly, he did a great job securing our purchase of the house we bought- the seller had other offers, but he was able to negotiate our deal, while staying within our comfort zone.
