They treated us like family not just a customer. Stephen did an excellent job with the sale of our home while we had already moved to another state during the process. He was very professional and kept us in the loop at all times. There were no hidden fees and very reasonable in the market today. He did a great job selling our home in short amount a time and got over asking! If we ever move back to California, they will be the only real estate agents we will contact!

ZillowVERIFIEDStephan with Cochren Realty Team was extremely professional and made the entire process for me and my wife very smooth. I believe that we saw about 10-15 different houses that we were interested in and we felt that Stephan not once did he pressure us to get any of them. We felt that he would continue working with us until we make the decision on our own. He is not a salesperson and he told us all answers we had questions to without putting any feelings of being sold a house. We purchased our first home with them and were using another agent before and are so glad we switched. Anytime we had any questions we knew that Stephan was giving us an answer that was genuine and we felt that he actually cared about us, he was not just trying to make a deal or sell a house. We have been in escrow twice with other officers and were stressed out the whole time. Stephan made this process stress-free by giving us as many updates as we needed or let us know if he needed anything from us. Honestly, my wife and I are so happy that we chose Stephan to be our realtor. We couldnt be happier with Stephan and his team, thankfully we are in a position to buy a house during all of the COVID-19 issue. ZillowVERIFIEDWe needed to complete a few projects and make a few upgrades in order to sell our house and Cochran Realty knew who to hire to get everything done fast and at a reasonable price. Because my husband and I are extremely busy, they were even available to meet with the painters and carpet installers when we couldn?t be home. They even helped stage for open house. Our house sold fast, and we were able to move into our new home that we love and is a much better fit for our family. I highly recommend Stephen and his team.
