She suggested that I meet with each and obtain proposals in order to choose. While the other two agents were good, Steve arrived better prepared for our first meeting and he had developed several informative market reports. The house is very old, and Steve asked many good questions. Steve quickly followed up with a letter outlining several creative ideas for presenting the property. I selected Steve to represent us as our agent.Steve and his sales assistant Jacque are an excellent team, both experienced and knowledgeable real estate professionals who are easy to work with. Jacque gave me good advice about styling the home's interior, and loaned some furniture that made it more attractive. During the time the house was on the market, Steve and Jacque held several open houses and always kept me informed about all activity and feedback from prospective buyers. My calls and emails were answered proptly.This property is very unique and therefore required a unique buyer. Once we had a reasonabele offer, Steve expertly handled negotiations to ascertain that we sold a a fair price and the sale moved quickly.
